How Does It Work?
To start an exchange on the rebex.io platform, you need to select the currency you wish to send in the "You send" field on the left, and the currency you want to receive in the "You receive" field on the right. After that, you simply need to click on the "Start exchange".
On the next page, enter the address to which the selected currency will be sent. On the left side of this page, you will find a unique transaction ID (ID). In case of any issues with the transaction, you will need this ID to contact customer support. Please carefully review the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" documents. If you agree with the terms, tick the appropriate box, double-check all the information, and click the "Start transaction" button.
Your transaction has been successfully initiated. On this page, you will also find the wallet address to which you need to send the currency you wish to exchange. This address will be reserved for your transaction for 12 hours, during which you must complete the transfer. After this time, the address will no longer be reserved, and any funds received will automatically be returned to your sender address. It's important to note that after the 12-hour reservation period, this address may be provided to other users for their exchange operations. Therefore, please do not send funds to this address again if you have already used it for one application.
After receiving your currencies, our service will perform an automatic exchange through reliable liquidity providers, and the funds will be immediately sent to the address you specified. We aim to provide our clients with the most favorable exchange conditions, which is why we offer you the choice between a fixed and a floating exchange rate. If you choose the option with a floating exchange rate, the exchange rate will not be fixed, so the service's calculator will only show the expected rate. This rate does not include the commission of providers for sending. Due to the high volatility of the cryptocurrency market, you may receive more or less funds than indicated in the calculator.
Transactions usually complete within 15-30 minutes. However, on rare occasions, there may be some delays caused by external factors, such as issues with providers or network congestion. Our team of professionals makes every effort to minimize potential delays and ensure your transaction is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
